1. They will be seeking tangible assets of 50%

Cost
This all depends upon the funding, if its a small construction loan or something similar, we charge a minimum fee of 1% on completion.
For larger projects between 1,000,000 to 25,000,000 the investor and brokers will also charge which will be between 3 and 7% depending upon the risk
